Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order with a discussion with the actual Seller / Channel Partner without giving any reason for doing so. The Seller has the Option to refund the same full or partial amount back to you as per his terms and conditions.

Reimburse will be from the Reseller or the Party who has billed you. If as per refund policy the amount has been agreed then the refund will be given within 14 days from the day on which We receive the agreement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Service, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Software / Goods to be eligible for a return if the Seller agrees, please make sure that:

  • The Goods/Software were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods/Software were not used for Invoicing, Reporting, Data collection, etc.
  • Training / travelling expenses and usage of software / goods will be calculated as depreciation from actual price given

The following Goods cannot be returned by the seller:

  • The supply of Goods / Software made to Your specifications or clearly Customised.
  • Goods/Software which was not used because due to staff shortage or technical knowledge, or third-party hardware malfunction, third party integration failure.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Customised services taken from dcsinfoway.com
  • Goods/Software after installation, support is blocked to non-payment of full invoice amount.

We / Seller reserve the right to refuse returns of any Services / merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods/Software damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods/Software or proof of received return delivery.
