Reimburse will be from seller as keralabiz is a free platform for sellers to sell directly to customers. So You the customer will have to abide by the terms and conditions of the seller for a refund. For services provided by Dcsinfoway.com if as per refund policy the amount has been agreed then the refund will be given within 14 days from the day on which We receive the agreement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Service, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return if the Seller agrees, please make sure that:
